Privacy policy

This policy covers powerplaystats.com, the website of Power Play Stats, LLC. The league websites we host for our customers (the sites of the leagues, conferences and associations that use PowerPlay Stats) each carry their own privacy policy, and the league is responsible for the information collected there.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we keep what you type: your name, e-mail address, the league you tell us about, your role, the sport, a rough number of teams and your message, together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's identification. We use it to reply to you and to follow up about PowerPlay Stats. We keep it for up to a year and then delete it. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

Our web servers keep ordinary access logs (the address requested, the time, the IP address and browser) for a limited period, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

powerplaystats.com sets no cookies of its own. The admin area at admin.powerplaystats.com, which only league administrators sign in to, uses the session cookies needed to keep them signed in.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@powerplaystats.com and we will answer from the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date. Information we collected before a change is used only as the policy in force at the time allowed.
